Issac is Great! My main line backed up into my basement. Issac was on time, explained the process, was done in less than an hour and was really honest about the problem and maintenance necessary going forward. I was very impressed with him and the amount he charged to do the work. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

I live in Fort Collins and have used Issac Clayton owner of Rapid Rooter Services 2 times now. Once for a sewer line and the other for a kitchen drain clog. He had to use different size rooter equipment for each job and has newer equipment and multiple sizes and lengths needed to do any job plus camera equipment to actually find out the problem BEFORE you have to spend tons of $'s on possible fixes. He has been on time or has called once to say he was going to be 15 minutes. I really appreciated that! He told me he actually answers calls 24/7 for emergency plumbing issues HIMSELF. You don't get a "leave message" answer. I have got to know Issac on a more personal basis and know that he is a family man, a sole provider and knows how important his reputation is and strives to do every job right the first time. He bends over backward to get your job done fast, professionally and at a very fair price. He gets my highest recommendation!!!!

I called the company due to a clogged kitchen sink. They were extremely responsive despite it being a holiday week and a wicked snowstorm. They arrived ahead of time, did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

Opposite of rapid. Arrived an hour late, with an explanation conflicting the call center's (we had to call, they did not try to notify us) and then took forever to complete the job.
